Poovar Island Resort.
The journey started on November 3rd 3:PM from my house in Trivandrum. We packed our bags for going to Poovar. It was a short trip. My mother my father and my mother's sister and her husband and their children. They have two children let's take as J and G. Because their names are a bit difficult to read for non malayalis. We had to pick them from their house in Ambalamukku. So I and J who is my cousin sister who is 12and a half year old used to play together till I left to Bangalore. G is also my cousin baby sister who is 2 years old. Naturally because of age gap I could not entertain her a lot. My father hired an innova because we had to accomodate 7 people including a driver. Then we got in and started driving and we reached Ambalamukku and we picked them up. As it was November it was number it was very thundery and cloudy but not raining. As it was Thiruvananthapuram the North East Monsoon was going on. We started the journey when J sat with me and father in the back and J's mother D sat in the middle seat with my mother. In front sat the driver and J's father S. He is a very peace loving person. We drove a lot. I read the book written by Ravindranath Tagore given by my Friend Rupak Ghosh. I called my friend Jaanakiram to ask whether teachers taught anything or not. I also asked him if it was cloudy in Bangalore. I told her about Jaanakiram and Rupak also. Then we reached the Tourism canteen and we ate food. My parents ate fish and rice. As usual fish and rice. I and J did not like fish. I ate sambhar instead. Then we driver again and at last we reached the hotel. We got in and saw the room. It was nice and clean. Then we went out for boating. It was very beautiful. Our boat cruised through the wetlands and then we went through a mangrove forest. It looked like Sunderbans. Then we reached back we had tea and vada. It was 6PM. We then went to buy the swimming trunks for J as she saw the swimming pool she wanted to swim for the first time. We got her and she came with my father and me. My father got very disappointed when he saw how scared was J. Then I swam successfully without any problem. I had already learnt swimming and my breathing was perfect And I was fast. Then I went to bath. I bathed and saw a quiz program as I was selected for it in my school. I was selected in Middle school's quiz. Then we ate nice chicken curry from the hotel and saw conjuring 2. Then I woke up in the morning. I swam then ate breakfast. Then we heard we cannot go to the sea as the tides were there and they had opened the dam. And the river level was going to rise up. Then we played a lot of outdoor games like badminton. I sweated a lot. We checked out at 12PM. We had to catch flight back to Bangalore. Today. Then before entering taxi came the sad call from Jaanakiram. He said my position in quiz has been replaced by Rupak. I got very sad. I got very angry also why did Vani maam tell me then I waa there in the quiz. The truth was I and Rupak had a tie and she choosed him because he had luck.
