Cold wet journey to Church Street This small intracity journey started on Friday 27th September 2019. My exams just got over that day and I was very happy and relaxed. I was urging my mother to go to church street. As I booked the OLA cab a shower began. We booked an OLA micro and after waiting for 10 minutes it came to the front of our house and we got into the car. When we got into the car the intensity of the rain increased. We were dumbstruck when the driver said that suddenly the ride got cancelled. Then my mother checked her mobile to verify whether he was right. Yes they had cancelled our ride. My mother then decided to book an another cab but this time the price had increased. They suddenly increased the fare by around 80 rupees. My mother was very annoyed and she understood that the OLA call centre guys had cancelled the ride because neither the driver or my mother was aware of the ride getting cancelled. Any way we cant rule out the possibility of a bug in the app. My mot
